The "Yes & ...Friday Improv Club" facilitated by Tony Barton
This is a playful space in our u3a community for people to have a good laugh doing improv — fun improvised sketches and games - all without pressure or judgement.
This isn’t about performance.
It’s about staying mentally flexible, socially brave and joyfully alive as we get older.
If people leave feeling a bit more confident, more connected and more alive, then it’s working!
First one March 20th then April 17th, May 22nd (not the third Friday), June 19th, July 17th
